Subscriptions

Repeat deliveries are sent based on your selected frequency, with your payment method charged securely before each delivery.

We send an upcoming order notification 3 days before processing. That is your window to skip, modify, or cancel before the charge goes through. You can make changes by logging into your account or emailing care@gobetterway.com before the order processes. Cancellations or change requests received after an order has processed cannot be applied to that order.

You can manage your subscription anytime by logging into your account or using the link in your order or notification emails. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, either through your account or by emailing care@gobetterway.com. Phone cancellations are not accepted.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are for products not yet in inventory. A partial deposit may be collected at checkout, with the remaining balance charged when the product is ready to fulfill.

You can cancel a pre-order that has not been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, cancellation is not possible, but you can request a refund under the standard return policy.

All orders

All orders have a 24-hour processing window after purchase. Contact care@gobetterway.com within that window to cancel or update. Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
