My family was somehow always running out of toilet paper and trying to figure out the right, best and fastest thing to buy and now we just have this beautiful box arrive on our doorstep and the toilet paper is terrific and our family feels good about the investment and I never have to worry about running out of toilet paper. Highly recommend it.

I find this toilet paper to be very soft, absorbent, and stronger than any toilet paper made from trees. Environmental concerns were my original impetus for seeking out bamboo products. The website is easy to navigate and delivery is punctual. I am very happy with my choice.

We love the paper and will continue to use it but the only thing I am having problems with is every time we get a box of 36 the box is destroyed I mean bad sometimes all the rolls are there sometimes they are short . Just better boxing would be my choice

For a bamboo TP it was a lil rough, but Ik it’s a safer alternative to those toxic TP so it’s ok. That’s why I gave it 3, however it’s very stylish and aesthetically pleasing. I know know my guest will definitely ask me questions.

I really want to be more environmentally conscious and conserve and use what’s right instead of a corporate America wants us to use and waste and be gluttonous.Until products are made that actually do their job it’s really hard to make that happen.This is probably the fourth or fifth bamboo toilet paper I’ve tried and all of them are super thin not absorbent tear fall apart stick to you.I was very excited to see three ply so I figured that was going to solve the problem of being too thin and ripping shredding etc. That was not the case. Even though the packaging is great and the fact that the rapper in the car compostable it still doesn’t negate the fact that it does not work. Even as a follow up after using a bidet it’s not very useful. Sadly

Let's start with why I purchased this TP. I purchased 12 regular sized rolls. The giant, soft, fluffy, TP form Costo was shedding paper fuzz that stuck in places where it did not belong, and caused intolerable irritation. After 2 -3 weeks of use, the Betterway TP has eliminated that problem. After having used the giant costco sized packages of TP that filled the trunk of my car, the size of the box and rolls that arrived were shockingly small in comparison. My first thought was that I'm not going to be able to afford it in the long term. The good news is that this TP goes a long way. One bamboo roll lasts as long as two of the giant fluffy paper rolls, but I am using it sparingly. There is a smooth soft side, which is soft enough and sufficiently absorbent. It does break down quickly when wet and holds up better with dabbing rather than wiping. The textured side for messier cleanups reminds me of textured paper towels. It does work better than smooth TP, but it can be rough and uncomfortable, if too much pressure is applied, but the softer side is always an available option. These rolls/sheets are not wide enough for me with my bigger than average behind. The attached photo shows a roll on a standard 5-1/2" wide TP holder that could accommodate another 1.75" in width. One would think that using a longer length would make up the difference, but I find it is more of a challenge than a wider sheet. I do have a septic tank so I was happy to see that it claims it is septic tank safe, and I can see that it breaks down easily. I will continue to buy this unless cost becomes an issue. I do hope that a wider width is available in the future

You can read my original review below but I wanted to update - these rolls, though small, last a long time because they are pretty absorbent - they're still a bit like paper towels but I'm using them since I have them - and they're not as bad as I thoughtSo I thought double rolls would be a good size but I have the Kirkland brand and it's big but I won't go shopping at this time so I was looking for a new normal... so then I got the Amazon Solimo Brand and it was a bit smaller in diameter and width - and less soft but after using it for a couple of months - I'm getting used to it... but I wanted to use something a little more sustainable but the rolls are like the rolls from 30 years ago and one side is rough - I don't want to figure out what side to wipe with - or blow my nose - so that's just not going to work - and the price for 12 rolls is more than the 30 rolls of Amazon so I think I'll be going back to Solimo... Great marketing. Cute wrappings and sayings. Really makes you feel like you're doing right by planet Earth... Until you wipe your backside with the wrong side of the paper and it feels like 20grit sandpaper just took off a layer of skin.Besides being not as soft, it is also less derriere tissue than I'm used to (see picture for comparison next to the "Great Value compare to Charmin").Does it work... Yes.Does the sandpaper side scrape you clean... Yes.Is it absorbent, sure.Does doing right by mother Earth and paying more outweigh the lack of skin and less posterior wipe... No.

There are a ton of things this product gets right. I LOVE their goal and mission to reduce waste and deliver a product with no plastic. They've put a lot of thought into the design of the product. I love that each roll is individually wrapped. It makes it a great option for a guest bathroom at home or place of business. The wrap is really pretty as well with a natural color scheme and pattern.However, it might just have to be permanent bathroom decor for us because no one is willingly putting it out for use. It may have actually hurt my efforts to have a more earth-friendly home because I'm pretty sure my boyfriend will never allow a sustainable toilet tissue through the door again after using this. I'm not sure why texture was added but it makes it feel a bit like you're using a paper towel. I'm willing to trade a bit of softness for something less damaging to the environment but, ouch, is this stuff abrasive! I'd be willing to try it again if they ever remove the sandpaper bumps but will likely hard pass until that time.

Very soft, great product. And, it helps the environment!

The toilet paper is strong and more soft than I expected. I am folding more carefully because the tear away sections are great at tearing so I line it up with a full part. So there is no unwanted holes. Overall I am pleased and found Betterway to have the most care with how their product is grown and produced. Extremely sensitive family and we like this toilet paper.
