Free Eco-friendly shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.

This is the shipping method with the smallest carbon footprint and we encourage all customers to take advantage of free standard shipping to reduce their carbon footprint when receiving the product.

Where do we ship to:

At this time we are only able to ship to the continental United States. We are NOT able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Returns policy

If for any reason you find that our product is not for you - just return it to us for a full refund. Our Happy Wiping Guarantee offers free returns within 100 days of receiving your order.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Returned items must be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return

Email care@gobetterway.com and include your order number or the email you used to buy, plus a sentence on what went wrong, so we can find your order and help. If it's a defect or damage, a quick photo helps us flag the issue to our factory, but it isn't required and we won't hold up your refund over it.

We'll respond with all the details and shipping information to complete your return as quickly as possible.
